| Postage is charged at cost both for UK and International orders. Orders over £50 will be sent with insured postage at cost only. |
| Parcels to North America will be sent by air mail which usually
takes 5-15 days. The cost is about the same price as surface
shipping as we have negotiated a bulk user discount with Royal
Mail. |
| For the convenience of all of our overseas customers we have negotiated special
air mail prices. These are marginally more expensive than Royal Mail surface printed paper rate. Delivery times are now much improved, at very little extra cost.
We have taken this action in view of the ever increasing delays with standard surface shipping, for the benefit of everyone. |
| Payment is requested within 7 days of receipt, for institutional customers payment may be deferred. |

| Payment is due in £ sterling. US Dollar cheques are acceptable at no extra cost. Currency conversions are at the prevailing rate of exchange. If any currency other than sterling or US Dollars is sent, £6 will be added to the invoice to cover bank charges. |
